Your Day-to-Day
- Support the Owensboro R&D Analytical Laboratory by translating business needs into technical solutions, including design, deployment, maintenance, and support of laboratory IT systems.
- Serve as the primary IT facilitator for laboratory platforms, including LabVantage LIMS, Agilent CDS/ECM, Chromeleon Enterprise System, SmartVue, EMS, Mettler EasyDirect, OMNIS, and Skala.
- Support implementation of new laboratory systems, digital initiatives, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and define project scope, deliverables, and process improvements.
- Deploy and localize global IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while supporting daily laboratory operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, GxP requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Perform routine laboratory test analyses as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of IT service management experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working for a multinational organization.
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and Computer System Validation (CSV) preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
$80,000 - $100,000
