Support the ONE O2C roadmap by driving Order-to-Cash process standardization, ERP deployments, requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the ONE O2C roadmap by driving Order-to-Cash process standardization, ERP deployments, requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner across Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, GBS, and IT to deliver process enhancements and future-state O2C capabilities.
Your Day-to-Day
- Support O2C transformation and ERP deployment projects
- Serve as O2C SME for process design, requirements, testing, and deployment.
- Lead business process documentation, UAT, and change management activities.
- Drive standardization, process improvements, and governance initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support project execution, risks, and milestones.
- Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge, including Credit, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or transformation projects; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Strong understanding of O2C process design, controls, and best practices.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, lead stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
