We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to join our Production Operations team in Aurora, Colorado.

The Business Unit Manager leads all activities within an assigned production business unit, ensuring compliance with Sustainability, Quality, Safety, and Legal requirements. This role drives performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM) while fostering a preventive, predictive culture aligned with Open /IOS principles.

Annual Salary Range: $132,000-$165,000

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

• Ensure product quality and compliance across materials and finished goods.
• Partner with teams to prevent defects and improve customer satisfaction.
  
  

Production & Delivery

• Execute production plans and achieve performance targets.
• Lead DDS, monitor KPIs, and drive corrective actions.
  
  

Productivity & Continuous Improvement

• Improve productivity by reducing waste, downtime, and inefficiencies.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Leadership & Talent Development

• Develop team capabilities and foster accountability.
• Promote engagement, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Open /IOS Leadership

• Lead and support Open /IOS pillar initiatives.
• Drive Standard Work, Autonomous Maintenance, and problem-solving practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Daily Management Systems (DMS), or similar continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
