Duties

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in creating a welcoming environment for patients and addressing any concerns they may have.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical office management practices, particularly in a dental clinic setting.
