- A catering and events program featuring coastal New England classics and seasonal specialties
- Pop-ups, festivals, and special projects that connect us directly with our community
- Ongoing opportunities to help shape new locations and future concepts as we expand
What You’ll Do
- Work side-by-side with ownership and our head butcher/manager to:
- Oversee daily kitchen production, prep lists, and inventory management
- Assist with menu development, seasonal product curation, and creative specials
- Support staff training and operational systems that keep our team running smoothly
- Lead or assist with pop-ups, events, catering, and community partnerships
- Help plan and prepare for future expansion, including new locations and ventures
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience as a chef, line cook, butcher, fishmonger, or grocery/retail manager
- Takes pride in craftsmanship, presentation, and consistency
- Enjoys a collaborative, hands-on work environment
- Understands both sides of the food world — the craft and the business
- Wants to be part of something local, lasting, and growing
