We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Greeter to support our Admissions Department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and new students, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective students and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Assist guests with signing in and check-in procedures
- Notify admissions representatives of arrivals and direct students accordingly
- Provide clear directions and general information about the campus
- Support admissions staff during busy periods and scheduled appointments
- Assist with student flow and navigation during orientation sessions
- Help guide and support new students during their first week of school
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills (sign-in systems, email, etc.)
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred but not required
