Position Overview:
The Philadelphia Phillies are seeking a licensed massage therapist (LMT) for the 2026 Championship season to provide massage therapy services to the major league players under the guidance of the Director of Medical Services / Head Athletic Trainer. The position commences a few weeks prior to the start of spring training and culminates after the last game of the season.

The Philadelphia Phillies are seeking a licensed massage therapist (LMT) for the 2026 Championship season to provide massage therapy services to the major league players under the guidance of the Director of Medical Services / Head Athletic Trainer. The position commences a few weeks prior to the start of spring training and culminates after the last game of the season.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following):
- Provide massage therapy services incorporating different modes of soft tissue mobilization.
- Integrate with the medical services staff to provide the highest quality of care to the major league players.
- Effectively communicate with the medical services staff on applied treatments, treatment responses, and any potential injury.
- Assist in creating a clean, professional, and positive environment in the clubhouse.
- Maintain an organized treatment schedule and adequate treatment records.
- Eligible and in good standing for Pennsylvania State Licensure.
- 2 years previous experience working with major league baseball players or equivalent experience working with high-level professional sport athletes.
- CPR / AED Certified.
- Previous baseball experience.
- Spanish Proficiency.
- Spring Training duties will begin late January 2026 and conclude in late March 2026, in tandem with the Spring Training schedule, in Clearwater, FL.
- During the entirety of the 2026 Championship Season, April – September, this position will be a part of the team travel party.
- In the off-season, November to late January, schedule is flexible.
