Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at our Horsham, PA location. As an LMT, you will provide customized therapeutic massages, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include consulting with clients, delivering a range of therapeutic techniques, and maintaining a nurturing and professional environment. You will collaborate with the team to uphold The Elements Way® of personalized care and contribute to the overall wellness journey of every client.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $55–$65 per session (includes gratuity)
• Full-time LMTs typically earn $50K–$104K/year (with tips)
• Flexible scheduling: 4–6 hour shifts available
• Part-time and full-time positions open.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in delivering Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage
• Experience in modalities such as Shiatsu and other stress management techniques
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Ability to adapt techniques based on client preferences and feedback
• Active state-issued massage therapy license
• Commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
• Knowledge of wellness and relaxation practices is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
