JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Initiate, prospect and close new Season Ticket, Group Ticket, and Single Game Suite and Hospitality business.
- Conduct outbound sales, renewals, and other sales campaigns via phone, email, text, LinkedIn, etc.
- Answer inbound phone calls to the Phillies Ticket Sales line, as needed.
- Respond to email communications and sales leads.
- Meet and/or exceed established sales goals- team & individual
- Provide a superior level of customer service to all Season Ticket Holders, Group Leaders, Single Game Purchasers, New Business Prospects and general fans alike.
- Contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.
- Participate and contribute to Sales Team meetings and training sessions.
- Accepting applications from undergraduate/graduate students or graduates from a 4-year college or university with the ability to work up to 40 hours/week.

- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as the ability to learn and master new software programs including Pro Venue ticketing system.
- Ability to navigate the ballpark to visit clients during home games and escort potential customers throughout the ballpark, showing various seating options and facilities on both gamedays and non-gamedays.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
