The Philadelphia Marriott West Hotel in Conshohocken, PA, is currently seeking an individual for the position of Night Audit Supervisor.
Successful candidate will work 5 days as Night Audit Supervisor. Must possess at least 1-2 years of full-service hotel night audit/front office experience with an emphasis on guest service satisfaction, attention to details and excellent communication skills.
This position is the first point of contact for hotel guests and is responsible for balancing reports from the previous day’s shifts. Other responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival and providing them with relevant hotel information
- Responding to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Providing information about rooms, rates and hotel amenities
- Auditing and balancing reports from the day shifts
- Verifying that all end-of-day tasks have been completed by other departments
- Running end-of-day reports before the close of the shift
- Balancing cash drawers and reconciling with receipts
- Ensures rollover from one business day to the next day
- Verifies posted entries to guest/non-guest accounts
- Resolves room status and rate discrepancies
- Relay any issue and pertinent information to accounting office
