UMMARY
Serves as the Human Resources systems expert to improve data accuracy, system performance/processes, and operational efficiencies. This role requires a systems-oriented mindset and is responsible for maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, producing timely and insightful reporting, developing HR data visualizations, and driving process improvements across HR operations as well as providing reporting and employee and HR data to help other departments. Assist with HR operations, specifically around technology and reporting for HRIS data, talent acquisition, engagement and inclusion, and internal com - munications.Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensure data integrity, security, and system
- performance.Serve as a primary administrator for the HR technolog
- y platforms.Act as a key team member in system implementation, data integrations, and upgrades of HR technolog
- y solutions.Configure and document workflows, system rules, permissions access, and system updates in alignment with
- HR policies.Develop, run, and maintain standard and ad hoc
- HR reports.Design and develop data visualizations to translate
- HR metrics.Evaluate and liaise with Information Technology (IT) department regarding integrated communication strategies across platforms (e.g., Email, Slack, Teams,
