Position Summary:
The Community Program Coordinator is a key contact for specific programs and ensures the specifics of the programs are aligned with compliance, requirements, and any unique specified needs within the program agreement. Key to this role is strong attention to detail, ability to communicate internally and externally, as well apply excellent organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides communication, support, and on-site assistance to partners regarding food distribution logistics and operations on a consistent basis.

Manages and audits compliance levels cooperatively with Community Partnerships team to ensure current and accurate tracking of distributions.

Assists in the coordination of Philabundance’s ongoing programming, ensuring safe, and efficient distribution to community partners.

Conducts on-going reviews of product inventory across source streams and identify gaps.

Supports the vetting of donated products in coordination with other Philabundance Food Flow departments.

Supports specific seasonal distributions across programs when needed.

Assists in the execution of one-time or temporary distributions as needed.

Provides input to develop, refine, and implement standard operating procedures for current programs.

Identifies gaps and areas of improvements and efficiencies for current programs.

Engages in work rooted in cultural awareness and sensitivity; understanding and respecting the diverse cultures served and impacted by programs.

Responsible for supporting and aligning with Philabundance Cultural pillars; Ensures that communication, actions and interactions reflect a focus on People, Partnerships, Professionalism and Progress.
Additional Job Duties:

Perform administrative duties to maintain accurate agency records in program spreadsheets and databases.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
