The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to build a premium brand online. This role is responsible for shaping Phigora’s voice across social platforms, creating compelling content, and growing an engaged audience that converts into customers.
This is not a “post and forget” role. You’ll be expected to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
Responsibilities- Own and execute Phigora’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (short-form video, carousels, stories)
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar
- Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams on campaigns and launches
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and luxury aesthetic
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates
- Engage with the community through comments and DMs
- Track and report on performance (engagement, growth, traffic, conversions)
- Coordinate with creators or influencers when needed
- 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand
- Strong understanding of short-form video and social platform best practices
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Strong aesthetic taste aligned with luxury or premium brands
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Bonus: experience with ecommerce brands, paid social, or influencer campaigns
