Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This full-time, on-site role is located in Great Neck, NY. Key responsibilities include creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media platforms, analyzing web and campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Plan, launch, and optimize email & SMS campaigns
• Own customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Run A/B tests to improve engagement, open rates, and conversions
• Manage SEO, website performance, and conversion rate optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and marketing automation tools
• Strong understanding of SEO, A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics
• Highly data-driven with strong attention to detail
