This role is responsible for creating compelling, visually powerful, and strategically aligned presentations that elevate how our executives communicate with the world—whether on stage at major industry events, investor meetings, board discussions, and to prospective enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate is a master of visual storytelling and presentation design with strong graphic design instincts, expert knowledge of layout and formatting, and a proven ability to bring clarity to complex ideas. Thrives under tight deadlines, transforming mind maps, abstract strategies, and complex AI problems and solutions into visually clear, compelling and impactful presentations.
This role goes beyond maintaining existing brand standards or relying on templates. What You'll Do
- Executive Partnering: Serve as the go-to presentation designer for C-suite leaders, translating strategic vision into visually compelling stories.
- High-Impact Presentations: Design polished keynote decks for global conferences, all-hands meetings, investor presentations, and board meetings.
- Storytelling & Visual Strategy: Collaborate with executives and comms/marketing teams to distill complex narratives into clear, engaging visual experiences.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure every presentation reinforces brand identity and maintains visual and tonal consistency.
- Iterative Design Process: Rapidly refine concepts, respond to critical feedback, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Event Support: Partner with events and comms teams to ensure presentations are optimized for live delivery (stage, webcast, or hybrid).
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive financial and strategic information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience: 7–10 years in presentation design, with a strong portfolio of executive-level and event presentations (preferably for SaaS, AI, or tech companies).
- Portfolio demonstrating an understanding of traditional graphic design skills, command of branding and visual communication, and examples of your presentations in action.
- Design Expertise: Advanced mastery of Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Motion/animation design skills are a plus.
- Visual Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to transform abstract or technical concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at working with C-suite leaders, including comfort with incomplete direction and openness to frequent iteration.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and listening skills; ability to quickly grasp business strategy and translate it into design.
- Resilience: Comfortable with critical feedback, rapid timelines, and high stakes.
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
- Critical-Thinking and Problem-Solving: Able to disseminate and understand information quickly in order to effectively communicate the core message being presented.
