In this role, you’ll help manage existing accounts, provide exceptional service, and support our Service Management and Route Service Representatives. From handling calls and emails to processing orders and resolving issues, you'll be at the heart of keeping our customers happy and our operations flowing.

What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries—respond to calls and emails with a helpful, upbeat attitude.
- Provide top-notch support to our Route Service Representatives by managing administrative tasks, order development, and follow-up.
- Resolve delivery issues, process credits, and escalate customer concerns as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, warehouse, and service departments to relay customer needs.
- Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and customer programs.
- Respond to customer emails and service tickets within 24 hours.
- Manage customer accounts by entering new orders, exchanges, sample requests, adjustments, and credits accurately.
- Coordinate with service teams on route changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer records using our CRM system.
- Participate in software training, testing, and internal meetings as needed.
- Support office operations with occasional administrative tasks and reporting.
