Sales Support Coordinator
Sales Support Coordinator
(Custom Apparel & Promotional Products Solutions)
Do you love turning ideas into reality? Do you get a weird amount of satisfaction from staying organized, keeping others on track, and making customers feel like VIPs? If so — you might be our next Sales Support Coordinator!
In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Custom Apparel and Promotional Products Solutions (think: hats, shirts, koozies, blankets, jackets, tumblers, promo goodies — basically all the fun stuff). You’ll be the go-to detail guru, the person who can juggle lots of incoming tasks without breaking a sweat, and the steady hand that keeps projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll help create exceptional customer experiences, fuel sales growth, and make the entire process run smoothly from first inquiry to final delivery. If you love multitasking, staying organized, and being “the person who just gets things done,” this is your kind of role.
Primary Responsibilities
Be a sales-side powerhouse:
-
Partner with our sales team to help grow accounts and hit targets
-
Understand customer needs and spot sales opportunities before they even ask
-
Build real relationships with customers over the phone — the kind where they ask for you by name
Own the customer experience:
-
Manage customer accounts from start to finish: quoting, invoicing, order entry, updates, and everything in between
-
Keep webstore accounts fresh — follow up seasonally and send creative quarterly suggestions for new products
-
Suggest ideas and promotions that wow customers and keep them coming back
-
Jump in to resolve issues or complaints with a calm, solutions-first mindset
Stay ahead of the details (your specialty):
-
Juggle multiple requests at once while keeping accuracy and timelines on point
-
Review pending orders, track requests, and ensure no detail slips through the cracks
-
Navigate a fast workflow with steady communication and next-step follow-through
-
Maintain clean, accurate records of all activities in our CRM and other systems
Keep things running smoothly:
-
Notify customers and/or sales reps when orders are ready for pickup or delivery
-
Take payments via phone, email, or in person
-
Answer customer calls and route them appropriately
-
Provide basic knowledge of our products, services, programs, and promotional offerings
-
Support the office with general customer service and admin tasks as needed
