- NYS Special Education Certification – Grades 7-12 or K- Grade 12
- Completion of a NYS Registered Program – Students with Disabilities Grades 7-12 - Generalist
- Institutional Recommendation – Students with Disabilities, Grades 7-12 - Generalist
- New York State Teacher Certification Exam – Educating All Students Test (EAS)
- Content Specialty Test (CST) – Multi-Subject: Secondary Teacher (Grade 7-12)
- Content Specialty Test (CST) – Students with Disabilities or Safety Net Students with Disabilities
- Workshop – Dignity For All Students Act
- Workshop – Child Abuse Identification (Second Update)
- Experience working with individuals with social/emotional/behavioral needs, preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance
