This position is offered within the Nieri Department of Construction and Real Estate Development at Clemson University under the supervision of Dr. Jong Han Yoon. The successful candidate will join a dynamic research group dedicated to exploring AI and blockchain applications throughout various phases of the building lifecycle. Candidate Profile

– Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, C#, SQL, and Solidity (for blockchain-enabled smart contracts).
