This role supports the day-to-day settlement of fixed income and securities transactions, ensuring timely settlement, fail management, margin funding, and collateral movements. The position partners with Operations, Treasury, and Securities teams to mitigate settlement risk, enhance controls, and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily securities settlement, trade investigations, and fail resolution
- Coordinate margin funding and collateral movements, including triparty repo activity
- Monitor settlement risk, escalate issues, and support regulatory compliance
- Prepare operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
- Partner with Operations and Technology teams on control enhancements and strategic initiatives
- 5 years of financial services experience, including 2 years in securities settlements
- Experience with Fed, DTC, and/or Euroclear settlement platforms
- Bloomberg TOMS, ALERT, FICC, Euroclear, and Client IMPACT experience preferred
