Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware and software.

Assist employees with virtual meetings and video conferencing using Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.

Track, maintain, and update IT equipment inventory to ensure accurate records.

Document all support requests, resolutions, and system updates in the Firm's ticketing system.

Support users with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications (including Outlook and Word).

Prior experience in a law firm environment is a plus.
