What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory operations and reporting position at Phaxis?
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support and maintain the operational systems, static data, and controls underpinning the firm's exchange and regulatory reporting obligations across Futures, Options, Swaps, Equities, and Fixed Income.
What you'll doMonitor and resolve daily issues across Dodd-Frank, CFTC LTR (Parts 20, 43 & 45), TRACE, and other position and transactional reporting regimes.
Act as SME for OTC Derivatives regulatory reporting, providing guidance across business and operations teams.
Maintain static data and exchange/regulatory enrichment information across operational platforms.
Support system changes and upgrades driven by business, exchange, and regulatory requirements; keep written procedures current.
Ensure compliance with Client, SEC, and CFTC requirements, adhering to the firm's operational risk framework and Code of Conduct; escalate issues promptly.
What you'll bringHands-on experience with Dodd-Frank, CFTC LTR, CAT, CAIS, or equivalent reporting frameworks
Strong knowledge of Client, SEC, OCC, CFTC, NFA rules and their practical application
Understanding of Futures & Options — reconciliations, position maintenance, and static data
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail
Collaborative, proactive communicator — comfortable working across teams and adapting to shifting priorities
