- Be the day-to-day contact for Asian suppliers, working in Mandarin
- Place and confirm orders, track production and chase run dates
- Communicate changes in production and transportation across the organization
- Manage ocean bookings and container tracking, and oversee customs clearance
- Create and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on customer and supplier orders.
- Monitor supplier payments and assist with supplier down-payment reconciliation.
- Collect and manage COAs, product specifications and supplier test data.
- Build claims documentation, including the photo and video evidence suppliers required
