The Manager, Product Strategy and Management will lead and support the execution of new product innovations from concept through launch. This role is responsible for managing the full product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, cost targets, and market expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Product Development
Own the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Maintain product assortment documentation, including lineup files and BOM readiness for production
Ensure product designs reflect latest trends while meeting quality and safety requirements
Develop and communicate detailed project timelines across U.S., Korea, Vietnam, and China stakeholders
Build and maintain strong factory and supplier relationships to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
Lead sample review process and provide detailed feedback to vendors prior to production approval
Coordinate product testing and troubleshooting during production
Oversee product validation and ensure compliance with regulatory and performance standards
Analyze product performance to inform lifecycle management, assortment optimization, and continuous improvements
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Partner with Product Marketing to align on collection strategy prior to development kickoff
Support market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and product expansion opportunities
Drive brainstorming sessions to generate innovative,
brand-aligned concepts
Assist with preparation of product samples for marketing campaigns, retailer presentations, and photoshoots
Provide product insights and trend knowledge to support promotional initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4 years of product development experience (beauty, fashion, cosmetics preferred)
Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple launches simultaneously
Creative mindset with ability to interpret trends into commercially viable products
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from performance data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience working with global factories and vendors
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bilingual Korean/English strongly preferred
