Our client, a growing startup using fintech to make greener, more efficient and sustainable building upgrades is looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to join the team and build products as well as features to help customers maximize success.
Role Details
- Own the end-to-end feature development, from concept, through implementation and deployment.
- Write and review code across the entire stack maintaining quality and execution speed.
- Make key architectural contributions to shape the technology stack.
- Assist with defining best practices and considering when to build or buy off the shelf.
- Influence the product roadmap by working closely with leadership to understand customer pain points, and negotiate project requirements and priorities.
- Gain exposure to all aspects of a startup business.
- 5 years of full stack development experience in Ruby on Rails
- Familiar with modern web application development practices
- Strong expertise in database design and management
- Experience designing systems from scratch and scaling them
- Experience and/or interest in AI, ML, and LLMs
Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
