Eagle IBOR Sr Project Manager

Eagle IBOR Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic investment data and portfolio accounting transformation initiative. This individual will play a key leadership role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and driving the successful implementation of Eagle IBOR and related data management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Eagle's investment data ecosystem, including security master, reference data, and portfolio accounting processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

• Lead and coordinate project activities across investment operations, data management, technology, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and drive timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting for senior management.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and steering committees.
• Oversee investment data conversion and migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
• Coordinate integration requirements between Eagle and upstream/downstream systems.
• Manage project resources and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, business requirements, decisions, action items, and implementation artifacts.
• Collaborate with architecture, data, accounting, and reporting teams to support solution design and implementation strategies.
• Partner closely with portfolio accounting, reporting, performance, and operations teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Support testing, issue management, and production readiness activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure project execution aligns with target operating models, business objectives, and industry best practices.

• 8 years of project management experience within investment management, asset management, or financial services environments.
• Hands-on experience with Eagle Investment Systems, including Eagle IBOR, Eagle Data Management (EDM), or related Eagle platforms.
• Proven track record delivering Eagle implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of investment data management, security master, reference data, and portfolio accounting concepts.
• Experience coordinating complex system integrations and data conversion initiatives.
• Familiarity with data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and interface management.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience utilizing project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
