Our client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join their busy outpatient urology practice! This is a great opportunity to work in a specialty clinic setting with a collaborative healthcare team and consistent weekday hours.
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Assessing and triaging patient concerns in person and by phone
✔️ Coordinating care with providers and clinical staff
✔️ Communicating treatment plans, test results, and follow-up instructions
✔️ Administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions
✔️ Documenting patient care accurately within the EMR system
✔️ Preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining supplies
✔️ Providing patient and family education on health conditions and disease prevention
✔️ Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes appropriately
✔️ Maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinic protocols
✅ Qualifications:
• Active RN License required
• BLS Certification required | ACLS preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Urology experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and EMR/computer skills
• Ability to work professionally and compassionately in a fast-paced outpatient setting
