What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Markets Sales Support Analyst position at Phaxis?
The Associate, Capital Markets Sales Support will be a senior member of the newly established Sales Middle Office function within Derivatives Operations, supporting the growth of the business across hedge funds and investment advisors. This role will partner closely with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams to ensure accurate trade capture, lifecycle management, and operational support across derivative products.
Key responsibilities include trade booking and validation, monitoring platforms such as MarkitWire and ICE, managing trade breaks, allocations, affirmations, and settlement issues, and coordinating client onboarding and credit application processes. The role will also support process improvements, system enhancements, control documentation, and sales credit reporting.
Qualifications:
- 1 years in Middle Office or Trade Support
- Experience with derivatives operations and trade lifecycle management
- Familiarity with MarkitWire, ICE, and related platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance or related field preferred
- MBA and Client Series 99 preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
