We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery and ensure timely, high-quality execution of digital product initiatives. This role combines Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities, working closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own planning and delivery across Planning Increments, sprints, and releases
- Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans and milestones
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain team velocity and backlog health
- Partner with engineering on delivery, releases, and production readiness
- Manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
- Provide regular reporting on delivery health, metrics, and KPIs
- Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles
- 3 years of experience in IT environments
- Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Agile/Scrum certifications preferred; PMI or Lean Six Sigma a plus
