Should have experience with TOC , TOA, calendar, meeting, phones, redlining, strong word skills, Microsoft Office and legal applications. Should have legal law firm experience from a law firm. Few years experience in Litigation. Working on documents. Should have 5 or more years of legal experience. Professional, good personality, reliable, detail oriented, able to multitask and good communication. Prepare engagement letters, memoranda and other formal legal documents. Pay $25-$35.
