Hiring: LPN Triage Nurse – Urology Office
Pay: $40/hour
Seeking an experienced LPN to support telephone triage and patient care coordination in a urology office.
Responsibilities:
• Gather patient histories and document reported symptoms.
• Communicate patient concerns to the RN or provider and escalate urgent calls.
• Assist with prior authorizations and medical clearance requests.
• Respond to questions about test results, medication refills, and post-operative instructions according to provider direction and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the Practice Manager and clinical team to prioritize patient needs.
Requirements:
• Active LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• At least 3 years of related medical and critical/emergency care experience.
• Triage experience preferred.
Salary : $39 - $40
