📍 Location: Hybrid - Bronx, NY
💵 Pay: $25-$26/hour
🗓 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Contract Role
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with providers (IPAs, primary/specialty care, LHCSAs, FQHCs, hospitals & more)
Track and monitor provider performance, compliance, and contract renewals
Support provider onboarding and maintain accurate contract documentation in internal systems
Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, claims operations, and business development teams
Respond to provider inquiries and ensure contracts align with regulatory and organizational standards
🔹 What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Finance or equivalent experience
1-2 years of provider contracting, managed care, or healthcare administration experience
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and data entry/documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ability to learn contract management software
Salary : $25 - $26
