Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve beverages and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning workstations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or events such as banquets or catering functions
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions
