The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Plant Care Technician to join our cultivation crew. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day care of our plants - from early veg through harvest - helping us maintain the quality standards Phat Panda is known for. This is active, physical work in a fast-paced indoor grow facility, not a desk job.Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pruning, training, and tucking plants for healthy structure and yield
• Caring for plants through each growth phase - vegetative, flowering, and harvest
• Mixing and applying nutrient solutions and other inputs
• Keeping grow rooms and equipment clean and audit-ready
• Assisting with room setup and environmental control adjustments
• Supporting harvest days and post-harvest processing
• Contributing to R&D trials aimed at improving plant genetics and technique
• Pitching in wherever the cultivation team needs an extra hand
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older
• Education: High school diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Cultivation, horticulture, or agriculture experience is a bonus, not a requirement - we'll train motivated candidates who are eager to learn
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand or sit for up to 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable with repetitive hand tasks (pruning, trimming)
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Occasional crouching, climbing, or crawling
• Good color vision and visual acuity required

Working ConditionsThis role is based in a controlled indoor cultivation environment, which includes:

• Bright grow lights and warm, humid air
• Moderate background noise
• Occasional dust, vapor, or airborne particulates (PPE supplied)
• Use of ladders and work in confined spaces at times
• Some contact with cleaning products and fertilizers
