Maple Lawn Manor in Hydro, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team!
Available Shifts - 6PM-6AM
Increased shift premium for evening and overnight hours.
PTO and benefits available for Full Time employees.
Job Description:
- Administer patient care including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, bathing, dressing, and wound care
- Medication administration
- Communicate with patients and authorized personnel
- Document patient history and maintain health records
- Participate in treatment planning
- Assist with medical procedures as appropriate per training and license
- Prepare patients for transfer and discharge
- Oversee nurse aides and medication aides on staff under your charge
Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
- Practical nursing license in good standing in the state of Oklahoma, or compact with Oklahoma
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to lift greater than 50lbs
- Ability to bend, twist and squat on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills including typing, adapting quickly to new software, ability to look at a computer screen for long periods
