Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, including IV infusions and aseptic preparations for critical care patients.
- Assist with medication intake, verification, and documentation to ensure precise patient records and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering medication-related questions and supporting medication administration processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards during medication preparation and handling.
- Support pharmacy operations in LTC (Long-Term Care) settings, ensuring timely medication delivery and inventory management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective medication therapy management in acute care environments.

Experience
- Prior pharmacy technician experience in hospital or acute care settings is essential.
