Role Description
This is a Part-time/Contingent on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician located in Allen Park, MI. The Pharmacy Technician will support the pharmacy's day-to-day operations, ensuring prompt and accurate preparation of prescriptions, maintaining inventory levels, assisting pharmacists, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will involve working closely with a team to ensure patients receive the best possible care and service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Prescription handling and Pharmacy operations
- Familiarity with the role and responsibilities of Pharmacy Technicians
- Proficiency in Inventory Control processes and procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients
- Certification or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus
