Job Title: Warehouse Operator

- 1st Shift: Approx. 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Approx. 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Approx. 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operators to support day-to-day warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves handling materials, documentation accuracy, inventory management, and supporting production with timely and compliant material movement.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound and outbound materials.
- Verify BOL, packing list, shipment documents, and ensure accuracy.
- Move materials for sampling, inspection, labeling, and inventory location.
- Perform material dispensing for packaging and production departments.
- Pick and deliver materials based on production schedules and documentation.
- Execute documentation entries clearly, accurately, and timely.
- Load outbound shipments confirming product details, lot numbers, and counts.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile data.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, quality, and safety compliance standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) safely.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience (preferably in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or medical device manufacturing).
- Basic computer skills; ability to read, write, and document accurately.
- Ability to follow instructions and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Preferred:
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA standards, or regulated environments.
- Strong math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and documentation ability.
