Location: Frederick, MD
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Candidates must be flexible to work either shift as required

Job Summary:
The Production Technician is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and supporting production processes in a cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves working on activities such as solution preparation, cell culture, purification, and formulation while following strict SOPs and documentation practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in compliance with cGMP standards
- Perform manufacturing-related activities including solution preparation, cell culture, purification, and formulation
- Train under qualified technicians to operate process equipment and meet qualification requirements
- Follow and execute cGMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for production activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving non-routine production issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience with a High School Diploma
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic understanding of cGMP standards and regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
Desirable Requirements:
- BS/BA degree preferred (STEM field such as Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
- Prior exposure to cGMP, aseptic, or cleanroom environments
- Internship or academic lab experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing
