We are hiring a detail-oriented Lab Operations Technician to support research laboratory activities in a fast-paced biotech environment. This role ensures smooth lab operations through labware processing, media preparation, and maintaining compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform labware washing, sterilization, and preparation using autoclaves and lab equipment
- Prepare media, buffers, and reagents following SOPs
- Maintain lab cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and proper documentation (ALCOA standards)
- Track and manage lab supplies, storage conditions, and waste disposal
- Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and SOP updates
- Collaborate with scientists and lab teams to support ongoing research
✅ Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (AA/AS in Biology/Chemistry preferred)
- 1 year of lab experience (academic, biotech, or regulated environment)
- Experience with sterilization, autoclaves, or lab equipment preferred
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a physically active environment
