We are seeking a Computational Scientist to join a cutting-edge team focused on transforming quantitative drug development through AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will partner with Clinical Pharmacologists, Pharmacometrics Scientists, and AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows that accelerate scientific planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered agentic workflows for scientific applications.
- Build AI systems that automate and enhance pharmacometric and clinical pharmacology workflows.
- Develop human-in-the-loop AI solutions using natural language interfaces.
- Integrate scientific knowledge, templates, and reference materials into AI workflows.
- Build evaluation frameworks, quality control, and monitoring for LLM outputs.
- Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacologists, Pharmacometrics Scientists, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers.
- Develop reusable AI components, APIs, and production-ready software.
- Stay current with advances in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Master's, PhD, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience building software using standard engineering practices (Git, documentation, code reviews).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI applications.
- Experience with RAG, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agentic AI frameworks is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or drug development environments.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience building AI-powered scientific applications.
- Familiarity with clinical development, pharmacometrics, or quantitative sciences.
