This role will lead the visual design and execution of compelling creative assets across digital, print, and internal communication channels. Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute visually compelling creative assets across digital, print, and internal communication channels.
• Develop original concepts and creative solutions for new campaigns and initiatives.
• Create fresh visual alternatives and derivative content from existing campaign assets.
• Partner closely with cross-functional creative teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Apply pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory design guidelines when developing creative materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Present and communicate creative concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Strong professional experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or Creative Design.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to create sophisticated, visually engaging designs across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
