Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Part-Time Retail Pharmacist with experience using Micro Merchant systems to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in an independent pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide counseling to patients
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations
- Manage and process prescriptions using Micro Merchant pharmacy software
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Perform medication therapy management (MTM) when appropriate
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper medication storage
Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacist license in NJ
- Previous retail pharmacy experience required
- Proficiency with Micro Merchant pharmacy software strongly preferred
- Experience in an independent pharmacy setting highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Salary : $57 - $62
