THE OPPORTUNITY

Water damage doesn't wait for a good economy. A pipe bursts, a water heater fails, a storm floods a basement — and the homeowner needs someone in their house within hours, not "we'll get back to you." That urgency is what makes this business recession-resistant, and it's why the person who shows up first and signs the job wins it.

We already have the leads. Referral partners, plumbers, insurance adjusters, and repeat customers send us water damage calls every week. Your job isn't to find the work — it's to show up, build trust with a homeowner having one of the worst days of their year, and get the contract signed so our crews can start mitigating damage.

THE ROLE — WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Respond to active water damage calls (often same-day/emergency) and meet homeowners on-site
• Walk the property, assess the scope of loss, and explain the mitigation process in plain English
• Build enough trust in 20 minutes to get the contract signed on the spot
• Coordinate the handoff to our mitigation and reconstruction crews so the job gets started
• Work insurance-involved jobs — communicate with adjusters and keep the homeowner informed
• Follow up on pending signatures and keep your pipeline of active opportunities moving

This is not cold calling. This is not door-knocking a neighborhood. The homeowner already called us — your job is to close the meeting, not generate it.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE

Base salary uncapped commission on every job you sign. No cap. No "commission draw" games. The more jobs you close, the more you make — permanently.

• First-year target: $110,000–$150,000
• Ramp-up support and training provided in your first 60–90 days so you're not thrown in cold
