Job Summary
The Water Damage Technician is the face of our company and are focused on serving our customers in a reliable and trusting manor. You will be tasked to handle all the mitigation needs of a project including containment, documentation, equipment set-up, and project completion. Training is key to set a strong foundation for long-term success. This will come in the form of both on the job training as well as off-site classroom training by some of the best in the industry.

- Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
- Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
- Be available for on-call & emergencies 7 days a week.
- Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
- Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list, Encircle).
- Monitor loss & document readings.
- Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written & or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Energetic, customer driven, and focused on taking care of the needs of our customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
- Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
