Duties

• Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly procedures
• Operate fabrication equipment including welding machines, soldering stations, and machining tools to meet specifications
• Use forklift trucks to move materials safely within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
• Conduct quality checks on assembled parts utilizing precision measurement instruments to ensure adherence to standards
• Follow safety protocols during all assembly activities, including proper handling of tools and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize production workflows

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering stations, and machining devices
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) and handle warehouse logistics efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during assembly processes
• Basic understanding of fabrication techniques including welding and machining is advantageous
