We need your help to serve even more patients and revolutionize the delivery of healthcare!ResponsibilitiesLead engineers across projectsArchitect and build full-stack feature end-to-end (Ruby on Rails, Python, SQL, JS/Vue/React)Drive technical vision, code quality standards, and engineering best practicesCommunicate complex concepts simply and help technical and non-technical teams alignShip quickly in iterative cycles: prototype, launch, iterate, scaleMake pragmatic trade-offs to deliver value fast while maintaining product integrityUse AI tools to speed up engineering output for yourself and your teamBuild, maintain, and scale SaaS products that serve real patients and cliniciansOwn migrations, services, APIs, and long-term maintainabilitySkills you will need:7 years full-cycle and full-stack experience (preferably Ruby on Rails JS/Vue)Managed a team of at least 2 engineersYou've built, shipped, and maintained production SaaS systems for yearsStrong architectural instincts and ability to coach othersClear communicator with high signal and low egoStartup or fast-paced environment experienceBonus: Healthcare, HL7/FHIR, data ingestion, ML/LLM interestYou will be a great fit for this role if:You are a problem-obsessed builder who can't let go of a challenge until you've broken it down, understood the "why," and solved it with clarity.
