About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier candidates for clients across specialized industries. By leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships, contributing directly to the firm’s global reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Build your Client Base: Proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and the business; help them identify the right talent by understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions; develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior level candidates and become a subject matter expert in your designated recruitment market; build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates by understanding their career goals and connecting them with aligned opportunities
- Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide both sides through the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience and secure successful, long-term partnerships
