Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Boston, MA (Back Bay)

Compensation: $47,500 Uncapped Commission (OTE $75-80,000 year one)

What does the role involve?

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries.
• Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 10 companies.
• Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!

You're who we're looking for if you have:

• A track record of a solid work ethic
• A strong drive to be in a sales environment
• Goals and metrics oriented mindset
• The ability to communicate and build professional relationships
• Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)

• $47,500 base salary unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE)
