The Opportunity:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own both sides of the recruitment process - working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while identifying and advising top candidates in niche markets. This is a fast-paced, commercial role that combines sales, strategy, and relationship-building.

Your Day-to-Day:

Talent Sourcing & Engagement

• Identify, source, and interview highly skilled professionals
• Build strong relationships with candidates across your market
• Guide candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation and placement

Client & Business Development

• Build, grow, and maintain relationships with clients in your niche sector
• Understand client hiring goals and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Provide market insights around talent availability, salaries, and competitive trends
• Prospect and engage new clients through strategic outreach
• Pitch Phaidon's services and generate new business opportunities
• Work toward revenue, placement, and activity KPI's

Market Expertise

• Become a specialist within a specific market (e.g., Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Infrastructure)
• Monitor market trends and talent movements to strengthen your industry knowledge
