Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Boston, MA (Back Bay)

Compensation: $47,500 Uncapped Commission (OTE $75-80,000 year one)

Our team in Boston is growing, and we are looking to grow our team of Recruitment Consultants who specialize within industries such as banking & finance, supply chain, energy & infrastructure, and life sciences. The Boston office is the 3rd largest in the Phaidon group and has enjoyed exponential growth since opening in 2016. We are looking to grow this high performing office due to increased demand from our client base who are searching for mission critical talent, senior talent.

In the role, you will learn recruitment best practices and will have access to industry leading tools that make our product and service superior to the competition. What does the role involve?

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries.
• Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 100 companies.
• Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Negotiations – both on the candidate and commercial side.
• You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!
